Return of New Items: If you are not completely satisfied with any Grocor, LTD product (The Grow More Root Feeder, G-10 Combination Feeder, Starter Kit, Deluxe Kit, or The Perfect Dog Washer), purchased at www.rootfeed.com you may return it shipping prepaid within thirty (30) days of the product's delivery in new or near-new condition. The customer will be refunded the actual cost of the merchandise - shipping/handling charges excluded. All returns must include original packaging materials, hardware, proof of purchase and a completed Product Return Form with Return Verification Code. Returned Items that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refund Requests: Merchandise returned in approved, new condition (with all criteria met in the section above) may be subject to a refund of the cost of the product. Any merchandise received not meeting the return request criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Shipping for products returned must be prepaid at the customer's expense.
Packaging of Returned Merchandise: Returns must include all factory-packaged accessories and original packaging. Incomplete returns will be subject to a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping any returned merchandise to the company's warehouse. In the event that the customer is exchanging a defective product for a new product, Grocor, LTD will cover outbound shipping of the new product to the customer. Any product(s) received without prepaid shipping will not be returned or credited.
Brands Other Than Rootfeed.com: Products found at www.rootfeed.com manufactured by companies other than Grocor, LTD are excluded from this 30 Day Risk Free Trial. These products are backed by their individual manufacturer and any problems or returns should be directed to said manufacturer.
Product Return Form and Return Verification Code: It is required that a Product Return Form with a Return Verification Code be filled out and included with any return request. Merchandise returns without a Product Return Form and Verification Code will not be returned to the customer and refused of a refund or exchange. You must call Grocor, LTD at 740-373-1925 to receive a Product Return Form with a Return Verification Code. This form will be emailed to you immediately upon receiving your information. Please place your completed Product Return Form in an envelope marked Return and affix the envelope to the outside of the returning package.
