Question: When using the Dry Setting, the G-10 does not draw the product out of the bottle, as the bottle remains full.
Answer:This is supposed to occur - there is no problem. When using the Dry/Granular Setting, the straw/diptube is removed. A small stream of water mixes up the fertilizer and it is siphoned off the top. The bottle stays full all the time. When the color of the bottle contents starts to lighten, it is time to refill the bottle with product. HINT: After filling the bottle with dry fertilizer, fill to the top with water before you screw on the feeder top.
