Question: Can I dispense liquid products at a rate lower than 1 TSP/gallon?

Yes. All you need to do is dilute the product in the bottle with water. For example, if you use 1 part product with 1 part water (1 to 1 ratio) and set the dial to 1 TSP/gallon, you are effectively dispensing 1/2 TSP/gallon of product.
