Question: Do I need to use the Flex Hose Accessory when using the Root Feeder for watering only applications?
Answer:
No. You can attach the optional Brass Shut-Off Valve directly to the Root Feeder and then attach your garden hose directly to the Brass Shut-Off Valve. NOTE: If you already have the Flex Hose Accessory attached to the Root Feeder, it may be easier to simply attach the male end of the Flex Hose Accessory to the Brass Shut-Off Valve, and then attach your garden hose to the female end of the Flex Hose. This will make it easier to move your garden hose around your landscape. See G-10 Useful Tips for more information.
