Question: How much dry/water-soluble product do I need to put in the bottle?
Answer:It is best to fill the plastic bottle half way or more with dry/water-soluble fertilizer, and then fill to the top with water before attaching the bottle to the feeder top. Make sure you uninstall the straw/diptube from the bottom of the G-10 Feeder top. Turn the dial to the Dry/Granular Setting and begin to feed your plants. A small stream of water will keep the fertilizer on the top mixed up while feeding. The bottle will continue to stay full while fertilizer mixture is being drawn out. When the color of the fertilizer begins to lighten, it is time to refill the bottle. See G-10 Useful Tips.
